A versatile, multi-faceted performer, and graduate of the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, Jeremy Carlisle Parker is a New York-based actor, singer and audiobook narrator. Jeremy can be seen as Dorothy in the Academy Award-nominated film Carol, directed by Todd Haynes. Upcoming, she will be appearing in Season 4 of Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Most recently, Parker was seen in a staged reading of a new work, Urn on an Empty Stage— produced in part by the annual Rehearsal for Truth Festival, showcasing new contemporary works by young European playwrights. Her performance highlights include Alice Beineke in The Addams Family at Cortland Repertory Theatre directed by Bert Bernardi, First Date at the Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati directed by Vince DeGeorge, Louise Seger in Always…Patsy Cline at The Palace Theater directed by Warren Friedman, Jacqueline in La Cage aux Folles at Cortland Repertory Theatre directed by Bert Bernardi, Vi Moore in Footloose at Cortland Repertory Theatre directed by Mark Reynolds, and Sophie de Palma in Terrence McNally’s Master Class.

One of Jeremys most fulfilling creative experiences to date was working one-on-one with the queen herself, Eve Ensler. Jeremy portrayed a singing angel in Eves poignant play, Extraordinary Measures, produced through a creative partnership between New York Citys Music Theatre Group and the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care. 

While at the College-Conservatory of Music, Jeremy performed various plays and types of performances such as operas. She played Rose in the opera Street Scene and Curley’s Wife in the opera Of Mice and Men. Her training at the College-Conservatory of Music the University of Cincinnati consisted of voice, acting, film, and movement classes allowing  Jeremy to perform in a wide array of performances.
