BIOGRAPHY

Alain Pierre is a union stage, TV, commercial, and VO performer who works in both Los Angeles and New York. Recently, he showed off his comedic chops in What Passes for Comedy at the Chain Theatre and appeared in Harlan Coben’s Shelter on Amazon Prime.


Alain’s credits include TLC’s Sex Sent Me to the E.R., TV Land’s The Exes, and Disney Channel’s Sonny with a Chance opposite Demi Lovato. He’s also appeared in lead roles in countless short films, including Damage Control, The Roof Above Us, Getting to Know You, The Manual, and Gerls. Alain has also appeared in new media, including Comedy Central’s White Flight, Cinematic, Living with Strangers, and a recurring role in Dr. 1UP.


Alain’s regional credits include Antonio in Twelfth Night, George in All My Sons,Witness for the Prosecution, Lobby Hero,Opportunity, Laughter on the 23rd Floor, Our Miss Brooks, and Some Girls.


He studied at the Groundlings after attending the Webster University Conservatory of Fine Arts. In LA he was a part of 30 Minute Musicals and Fairytales Against Humanity on comedy stages across the city, appeared in print and commercials for Playstation and T-Mobile, and regularly did ADR and looping for film and television. Since coming to NYC Alain has done theatre, joined Actor’s Equity, and become a member of Story Pirates. He has trained at Stella Adler and Upright Citizens Brigade, and he frequently performed sketch ensemble shows at The PIT.
