BIOGRAPHY

Courtney Dease is a singer and actor known for his versatility and charm. Whether he’s playing a leading man or a character role, he brings a passion and precision to his performances, which have been resonating with audiences across the globe. Recently, Courtney has been seen in Evil Lives Here on the Investigation Discovery network; in Beauty and the Beast as Lumière at both the New Bedford Festival Theatre and the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center; as Charlie Price in Kinky Boots at the Waterfront Playhouse in Key West; and since 2021, he has performed in The Company Men with 4 Times Entertainment.


Courtney made his national tour début in Stephen Schwartz’s Pippin, where he traveled the country portraying the role of Lewis as well as tackling the title role of Pippin at select performances. He has also been seen Off-Broadway in shows such as Brilliant, Between Panic and Desire, and Camp Morning Wood. Courtney has also played Stuart Gellman in Caroline, Or Change with the Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe directed by Jim Weaver, Dracula in Creature Feature at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Seymour Krelborn in Little Shop of Horrors, Link Larkin in Hairspray at Florence Little Theatre, Huck Finn in Big River, Doody in Grease, The Baker in Into the Woods, and Matt in The Fantasticks.
