At UIA Talent Agency, we believe in fostering the next generation of entertainment leaders. Our internship program is designed to provide hands-on, multi-disciplinary experience in the heart of New York City.

We offer internships during three seasonal terms: Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Why Intern at UIA? We foster a strong, collaborative environment. Our interns don’t just observe, they contribute to each area of representation across opera, theatre, film, and television. Former UIA interns have gone on to prestigious positions at major opera companies, leading production houses, and the NBC Page Program.

The Logistics:
● Format: Hybrid  (1 day/week in our Midtown Manhattan office) and others days from home
● Commitment: 10–15 hours per week, flexibly arranged
● Compensation: Our internships are unpaid; however, we provide reimbursement for travel and lunch expenses
● Credit: We offer college and graduate school credit and will gladly provide
references or letters of recommendation upon successful completion
