BIOGRAPHY

New York-based actor and producer Simone Stadler shares an equal love for Shakespeare and new works, both on stage and on camera. She appeared on CBS's FBI: Most Wanted opposite Dylan McDermott and in the indie film No Words opposite Liv Hewson and Nik Dodani. This season, Simone performs as Elizabeth Cratchit in A Christmas Carol with Wolfbane Productions. 


Some of her regional credits include Schlesinger/PA/Diana u/s in Network at Florida Studio Theatre, Gertrude in Hamlet at the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival, Portia in Julius Caesar at Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, Laertes in Hamlet at Adirondack Shakespeare Company, Myra in Hay Fever at the Bagaduce Theater, and Grace/Eve in Laughter After Midnight at Theater for the New City. 


Film credits include the lead in the feature film The Tale of Karter Sai. Her performance as the lead in Last Christmas directed

by Aditya Mayya was well received, and she was awarded Best Actress at the 2019 New Visions and Voices Festival. Other credits

include Heptapus, Ramblings of a Madman, Matrimony, and Cashier.


After earning a BA in Acting and Public Health at Beloit College, Simone moved to New York for a conservatory intensive at the

Atlantic Acting School. She has trained in on-camera technique with Matt Newton and Heidi Marshall, and in voiceover technique

with Andy Roth and John McKinney. Fluent in four languages and possessing a knack for accents, Simone has trained extensively

with Knight Thompson Speechwork and now also works as a dialect coach. An avid world traveler, Simone has studied acting in

Argentina and worked as a farmhand and Alpine bartender on a glacier in Switzerland. She produced the feature film When We

Grow Up, the web series This Is B.S. and the short film No Words.
